I think service at CASHMERE BOUTIQUE is absolutely exceptional! THANK YOU! my only concern was my order. I ordered an item in a particular shade. when the item arrived it was the wrong color BUT the packaging showed the color i ordered. i would have reordered this item once the correct shade was shown to be in stock, but frankly, the quality of CASHMERE BOUTIQUE for some items has gone down. please note: this is only MY opinion. the scarves, however, are lovely so i kept the scarf. i have several of these scarves in various colors. as for my grade on quality, others may find CASHMERE'S quality just fine. i can assure that if there's a problem CASHMERE BOUTIQUE will take care of it RIGHT AWAY!
