I paid £300 into the account by mistake ( thought it was my Monzo account) I’d lost my card so they sent a new 1 & pin but won’t activate my card even tho I have sent all relevant documents & ID this money is all I have to last til end of month when I mentioned that to woman on CS she laughed omg I would love to know where call centre is.
