I am so disappointed that I didn't do my research and choose ANYONE else other than these GUYS...WOW, they say all the right things, have all the right marketing tactics, but fail big time on DELIVERY..OPPS, they aren't the distributor, just the Middle Guys...So, I paid the Middle Guys to handle an order that has now taken over16 days and all I have to show for it is my Bill they collected IMMEDIATELY and one follow up email ONLY attaching their "TERMS AND AGREEMENTS", from their 2nd Tier Handler's...I'm to now wait for another follow up...But, they were quick to mention, they have up to 30 days to fulfill the order...My bad, "Buyer Beware", I Missed that little bit of info...ALL there messaging is for maybe 10 days, when busy...Yes, I understand the current nightmare we are ALL living with, but NOW I have more stress caused by this mistake, just trying to get my Boss a gift 3 WEEKS EARLY. I THOUGHT I HAD ENOUGH TIME...Not with Cast Cartel....BTW, I still have NO STATUS OF WHO OR WHEN IT WILL SHIP...NICE FOLLOW UP GUYS.. MERRY XMASS TO YOU.
