This was my first purchase with this company and will be my last. I know that these are unusual times, but it took a solid month for my package to be delivered. There was no communication along the way about delays in shipping and then once it was shipped, there were multiple problems with the FedEx delivery. I couldn’t work with FedEx directly because I was not the shipper; as such, I just had to hope that Cask Cartel made it right. My package did finally arrive and was intact. The individuals that I worked with in customer service were helpful when I finally was able to get ahold of someone, but even navigating this service on the website was a challenge. In short, I will not be a repeat customer.
