This order was placed on Dec 4 and I still don't have it. The customer service people have been worse than very poor in providing information on the status of my order. And now a single item of my order is scheduled for delivery. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I will be providing additional ratings on Social Media Sites as well as Yelp and like sites.
