I placed my order on December 10. It was finally delivered on January 10. It took them 30 days to deliver, the exact amount of time their website says you have to wait before you can cancel an order. Two phone calls that they didn’t bother to return. It took four emails to even get a tracking number. It wasn’t delivered the day they said it would be, so that meant two days of someone being home to sign for it. Customer service was a series of excuses. Sometimes the exact same excuse emailed as before. I will never order from CaskCartel again. And I will be posting on Facebook about how long it took for CaskCartel to deliver.
