On December 5th, 2020 I ordered a collector bottle of whiskey. I was told their distributor no longer had it, but I could pay an additional $110 to another vendor or take a refund. I chose the refund. My bottle of whiskey arrived on January 6th, without it's original packaging/box and missing the 'free gift' I was supposed to receive when I placed my order.
