Terrible customer service. I sent two boxes as gifts. Neither one had the gift message. I called customer service and it turns out the gift message is not included in the box, it is sent to the person as a text message. When I ask when that text message is sent I was told they did not know. They have no idea if the text message is sent the day it arrived or days before. I will never purchase from them again.
