I purchased product and accidentally entered the wrong/invalided shipping address. I immediately contacted your business upon realizing this mistake. Your company told me to immediately contact FedEx and make the change. FedEx told me that only the business/shipper can make the change. My items were shipped on 1/6 via FedEx and know are in the process of being returned to the shipper. It shouldn’t be this difficult to contact FedEx and have the shipping address changed. Until then, I wait another five days for the items to be returned, then proceed in having it shipped to the proper adress 30 days later
