I dealt wit you, not your supplier. You did not offer a dood explaination--only an excuse.
You refused to give me a refund, or not charge my credit card. Now I am forced to spend too much for the whisky that I ordered. Your refusal to offer the 4th (my suggestion) lacks morality. Your problem with your supplier is your problem, don't make it mine. You have poor custimer relations.
