"WE PUT OUR CUSTOMERS FIRST AND IT SHOWS!"
At least this is what CaskCartel says on their website. Thought I'd give them a try. 2 plus weeks later and not a single mention from them about my order. When I did call, they informed me that there should be no worry since the item I purchased was well in stock, and should be processed "shortly." So, if the item is in stock, why hasn't it been shipped yet, I asked. So the customer service rep dodged my question, and merely repeated herself. So, I asked again, and again she dodged my question. I then I rephrased my question, while emphasizing for the sake of honest customer service, where is my purchased item, and if it is in stock, why hasn't it been shipped yet....then she came right out and said the fine print allows them 30 days to ship. There are several company's that ship spirits across the country. Needless to say, I will not be placing another order from this company. While the quality of the product is priority, good old honest customer service following accepting my money means just as much. There are consequences to poor customer service.
