Very easy to use website - I also called and spoke with a representative about shipping times (I was on hold MAYBE 30 seconds, which is amazing)....I was told it could be 5-10 business days to arrive....this is extremely frustrating because I can not cancel my order and do not have an actual expected shipping date. Since I am paying over $20 in shipping fees, I'd hope I'd have an actual arrival date. Fingers crossed it arrives before Christmas. The unknown shipping date is the only thing I would change, if I could.
