I seriously hope I get my order this time. Last year I placed an order for over $100 worth of products and it never arrived. Even with paying for shipping protection, I got the run around for several months before I stopped hearing from you at all. I never received a refund or my items.
I am upset that my corporate team decided to give gift cards for this site again, given my issues last year. I will be truly disappointed if my order doesn't arrive this year, but I'm not confident that I will.
