Not at all satisfied. I have been waiting well over 4months for my order. It was never delivered and now I am being charged, again, for delivery fees or face a 35% restock fee. Before ordering I confirmed the product could be delivered to my state. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
I hope I can get this delivered. I don't think I will ever order through this company again.
I have more I could say, especially about the tone of the CSR, however, what good does it do?
