It took 2 weeks past the estimated ship date to send my bottle of mezcal that I needed for a specific event. When it was clear the bottle wouldn't arrive in time, Cask Cartel refused to give me a refund, but insisted on sending the bottle since it was in the Terms and Conditions that they could do so, even though they knew it was so incredibly late and no longer needed. I finally received the bottle, against my will, and I don't know what I'll do with it. Burned money that I can't be reimbursed for at this point. Really a shame I couldn't just get a refund due to missing their promised shipping date.
