I'd like to give 5, because they delivered what I ordered in (what turned out to be) a timely manner. But other than payment confirmation, I didn't receive any information on status, delivery, etc. After several days I had to email them. They did reply quickly and gave the corporate-speak about business days, etc.
If (Cask Cartel) will add another page to their website on the delivery timing of a SPECIFIC order I imagine customers will be happier.
