I made the purchase approximately two weeks ago. Not one tiny semblance of communication as to where my order was or when it was being shipped. This being my first order raised a considerable degree of concern. I therefore canceled my order and I also contacted my credit card company to make sure that the charge was reversed. This is not the way to start a business relationship. I spent $300 on a bottle of scotch and had plans to make many more purchases. As of this point you have lost a customer but not only that I will make it my business to inform everybody of your unethical business practices.
