While I received the product quickly...there was zero communication between me hitting buy and the package showing up. When I called (after a 3-minute covid update- wow, really!) your sales assistance wasn't helpful and not really friendly. I guess I was just fortunate to have been home when the bottle arrived as I was able to sign for it and give my ID. The other question...why was it $50 to ship...I have cases of wine shipped for less?
