I was very pleased with all of the customer service personnel that I contacted by phone. They were pleasant and helpful. I was NOT pleased with the website failing to disclose the cost of shipping until I was in the checkout process. That shipping cost was over $30 for one bottle. Neither was I pleased when I received an email several days after my order had been placed that I needed to supply an extra $7 for an”upcharge “ from the supplier. After a call and a few emails the matter was resolved without the upcharge. I am happy with the product but not the process. I doubt seriously if I will do business with cask cartel again.
