I will never order from this company again. I ordered 14 bottles of tequila for a specific event and based on the shipment information, it would arrive in more than enough time. I was delighted when I received notice that my order had been delivered, but when I opened the box, there were only TWO bottles. I had to email and call the company and was required to provide photos to PROVE that the order had arrived 12 bottles short. What followed was a joke of customer service. A half dozen calls and emails later, I received another box and was still 6 bottles short. Apparently, those six bottles had been delivered elsewhere. I know that mistakes happen, but my disappointment with Cask Cartel was that at no point did anyone take responsibility for the errors and poor communication. They blamed the retailer and shipper and stated repeatedly that they had no control of what happened after they took the order. So, if you are getting ready to purchase hundreds of dollars of liquor through this site, remember that if something goes wrong, they will simply not help and not take responsibility for anything along the way. I never write reviews, but felt that the customer service of this company was egregious enough for me to want to warn others.
