Hello, I've had to give you a poor rating for this order. The ordering process is easy, but the delivery has been my issue for the 2 times I have ordered from you. With this order, I am short the 3 bottles of 1921 Reposado and whatever the bonus gift was supposed to be. I just replied back to some other email from you all going to your hello address telling the same, but looks I will have to file a claim with route.com. Also, one of the bottles of 1921 crema was leaking. I like your site and the variety offered, but like I said above, I have had issues with my orders both times I have used you all, so maybe I need to look elsewhere.
