Like the product and the convenience of everything. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate. I can find specific bottles I want or I can look around and see what looks interesting to try. I hate the shipping. Fed Ex is very painful to work with I took a half day off of work due to the signature required and they did not show up. When I called them later they said they had tried to deliver it but I was not home. I will now have to pick it up from their facility which is inconvenient and really destroys the point of buying the whiskey online and shipping it to my house. Going forward it makes more sense for me to purchase from a traditional brick and mortar establishment. If I am going to have to go drive to pick it up anyway I way as well pick one that I already know the location of. I do not know what the solution to this is I understand the importance of the signature is but FedEx is so hard to work with. A notice that a package will be delivered today is to broad of a time frame. I have emailed in the past, received great service and the rep was very helpful.
