On 10/31/2022 I placed an order. This order could only be partially filled which is understandable. I received an additional e-mail on 10/31/2022 which stated that two items on the order were out of stock. As a courtesy, CaskCartel stated that an additional retailer was found and confirmed product availability but at an additional cost. If an additional $54.98 was paid my order would become a priority, so I paid the additional fee. On 11/15/2022 I inquired about the status of the order. I was told that the order was being shipped from overseas and was currently in US customs awaiting approval and I would be updated every 24-48 hrs concerning the order. I did not receive updates at this frequency. I contacted CaskCartel to cancel the order and obtain a refund. Customer Service stated that I had to wait 30 days from the initial order date to request a refund but the request would not guarantee a refund. Hmm, interesting. Supposedly the order will arrive on 12/9/2022. 1 star was posted due to paying an upcharge for priority, refund denial, and nothing offered by CaskCartel to retain customer loyalty.
