I ordered an advent whiskey calendar for Christmas, but it was NOT delivered in a timely manner. Upon requesting a refund, I was informed that my order did not meet the requirements for a refund. The “all sales are final” and 30-day shipment window terms should be better advertised on the website and at order placement. This is especially true of time-sensitive items such as advent calendars.
I ordered this because a competitor was not able to fulfill a similar order. However, I will not be ordering other products from CaskCartel.
