Let me start with what I like - I like the selection and the descriptions. Very detailed to help me make my purchase (typically a gift). Customer Service is great and the ability to talk to someone is even better. What I do not like is how long it takes to receive the item. I verified that this product was in the US and I believed it said 3 days to process and then to be shipped. I ordered my product as a gift on December 12 and I just received today an email saying is it out for shipment; today is Wednesday, December 28th! As this was a Christmas gift I am now hopeful that the recipient is home and will receive it before New Year. This is my second time purchasing and the second time that it has taken approximately 3 weeks to receive. Just be upfront about shipping times, please.
