I made the purchase on 12/18/2022. Sent email asking about the status of the order twice, first time was on 12/25, they replied next day but did not hear from them. Received a notification only on 12/29 that the order was shipped after asking them to cancel my order.
They provided me a tracking number but unfortunately the number was not found at FedEx.
I will wait for a few days and see.
This was definitely not a good experience.
