Purchased two products on Dec 11th as Christmas gifts. Paid $35.00!! for shipping. Received items on Dec 27th (dumped a half mile from my house at a post by the mailbox). Two customer service reps did nothing to help speed things up after I reached out twice. The company could care less because they were paid.
