Website advertises itself that it expedites orders but it took 10 days to get a notice that it was being filled and I was sent tracking info (prior to that, checking on site it was blank). Disappointing that email confirmation has a big disclaimer that they have 30 days to fill - I didn’t see that fact highlighted when placing order. Order then had partial error; prompt reply to my email but it is a pain to get fixed because they are simply an intermediary! If one is able to order direct, would pick that route first.
