I ordered a very expensive Christmas Bourbon Advent calendar which was to come with an additional package variety of mini bottles (airline size). I also paid for the route protection and freight for both items. I did not receive the mini bottle collection. When I inquired I was referred to the Route Protection company, rather than Cask Cartel being bothered with my issue. The supposed Route Protection assured me that they would take care of things. The FedEx picture of the original delivery clearly shows only one package delivered. Why would I ever order from a company that doesn't stand behind, and correct their delivery failures? Why would you? Too much risk for expensive spirits when they don't stand behind their word.
