I have ordered twice from Cask Cartel and both times items were Out of Stock--the site is not up-to-date. When I ordered replacements for the items they could not get, the wrong amount was sent. It took almost 5 weeks to have my order fulfilled properly. Customer service was quick to apologize for the "inconvenience" of the items being unavailable, but ignored the fact that I have had this problem before; when I contacted customer service to let them know that I had received an email telling me to expect a shipment, the email indicated that I was receiving one bottle and not three of the bourbon I ordered, customer service replied that I SHOULD be receiving the amount ordered (well they SHOULD have had what they advertised, but they didn't). I won't be ordering from Cask Cartel again!
