I am very displeased with the customer service I have received, especially from the customer service rep Michelle. Besides the over-talking and attempt to hang up on me. I was deceived into receiving an inferior product. When I specifically asked her to confirm with me the status of the shipment. Michelle promised to call me back yesterday, but she did not. I had to call again today to ask about my order ( order# 100111283669) I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with this entire experience and would like to have a full refund.
