Not satisfied with Cask Cartel whatsoever. I ordered a bottle back in 2021 and it was not available. Showing on the website availability. After weeks of waiting, I decided to call customer service. Called several times a few months in a row to check back for availability. Finally a manager emailed to let me know the order could not be fulfilled because of not being available with any the dealers. At all times for months the website kept showing available. Once contacted, I requested a refund. Learned the policy of Cask Cartel is no refunds but only a credit to my account. Checking for several months now years have passed in a row online, Cask Cartel has kept $279.99 of my money. 2 weeks ago I contacted customer service, I was told the bottle is available with one dealer, but they needed to verify the availability and call me back. I was never called back for 2 weeks. Today I called customer service to follow-up, told me the exact same thing like a script, this time I asked how long is it going to take to get back to me. The agent replied before the end of the day today, no later than Monday. When I told her what had happened before, she immediately responded that she had just checked and received confirmation, the dealer had replied they have 7 bottles available. When I said I would like to use the credit in my account, there was no credit in my account. She had to create the credit for $279.99 and email it to me. When I asked how much was the price for the available bottle I wanted to order, the price is now $399.99. The current price for this specific bottle on the market is between $185 and $200 dollars. I told the representative the price is excessive. Truly it is. I asked about a younger aged version of the same refinery, a bottle that costs $50 to $55 dollars is listed for $120. The way this company is administered is more like a scam to the customers than a legitimate business. Needles to say I am very dissatisfied for a company that claims all these accolades of greatness and success by very well renowned magazines and media. I will never order from Cask Cartel again. You should not either. Shame on you!!
