I had some concerns about being available for delivery, and customer service was very responsive. My only complaint was that the order was very pricey, and a deciding factor was a “deal” I received to place the order for $5 off and a promise of samples (plural), with a picture of 10 or more samples. I didn’t expect that many, but I received one, and it was a bottom shelf whiskey. That was disappointing. However, I did receive my package in a timely manner, and it was very well wrapped and protected from any potential bumps in shipping.
