At first I was impressed. Found the product I wanted, then discovered the shipping cost was totally outrageous plus extra insurance. Never the less I ordered the product , received an email but no delivery details . I have emailed to be told they have up to ten days to advise .
Received two emails a day about their great company since but still have no idea when I will receive my order .
I hate to say this, but is this the kind of service you offer ? If it is it’s a the last time I will order from you guys again .
