I wish that you would have sent email correspondence at various points:
- confirmation of my order
- when it ships / approximate delivery date
It was unnerving seeing that my card was charged, but having no communication as to when it was expected to would ship / be delivered. I started to feel like perhaps I fell for an online scam.
