While I understand there are many processes in place for these things, it might benefit from having something in place that tells Cask Cartel that an order has not been fulfilled/shipped within a certain amount of time, as was the case in my order.
Once I raised the issue of having not received a portion of an order, CC was very communicative and offered a replacement within a quick timeframe.
