If you are not in a rush to receive your item it’s no problem. It took 4 weeks and arrived after Xmas. The product was packaged wonderfully. The shipping was extremely expensive considering the slow service also the customer service again is very slow. I can understand why people would be dubious about ordering from this site from all the bad reviews about their expensive shipping and customer service. I would order again if I was looking for a special gift that we can’t get in Europe but I would order well in advance.
