A complete scam I ordered in early December as a Christmas gift - after a long wait I reached out to customer service then received a genetic reply that was no help, waited another 2 weeks tried again, same thing so I wrote and told them to cancel No response. The order was delivered to my nephew on 1/10 6 weeks later and without the gift card announcement. This company is a WASTE OF TIME and you should stay away!
