Excellent customer service. I placed an order for a cat flap and then realised I had forgotten to order a tunnel extension. I emailed them and asked if they could add it to my order. Unfortunately there wasn't one to fit the cat flap I had ordered so they put my order on hold so I could decide what to do. When I finally confirmed the order they sent it straight away and it arrived the next day. Best price out there too !
