I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Catflaps. I ordered a catflap to be delivered to the hotel in Birmingham my friend was going to stay before bringing the package back to me in South Africa. After ordering my friend had to cancel her trip to Birmingham. I contacted Catflaps to try and change the delivering address. Rob in sales told me it was already send off by post and the delivery address could therefore not be changed. I subsequently discovered the package was send by courier (Yodel couriers) which meant that it would have been possible to change the delivery address. I traced the package on Yodel's website which indicated that it was delivered. I contacted the hotel who told me that they did not receive the package. I contacted Yodel who indicated that they delivered the package before 8 in the morning and that someone OUTSIDE the hotel signed for it. I am still waiting for them to come back to me with more info about who signed for it. Meanwhile the package is still missing and my friend is back in South Africa. If the package is found it will cost me some more on top of all the phone calls I now already have had to make. I am very disappointed with Catflaps and Yodel
