I ordered a cat activity post, which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, it was broken and the poor quality made me not want a replacement. There were no others brands on the web site, so I requested a refund. This was provided very quickly and efficiently. While I cannot recommend the product, I would recommend the company as one that has good customer service and honours it's responsibility to give refunds for faulty/broken products, unlike some others I have dealt with.
