Excellent product @ a very good price. The supplier miss spelt my address, so there was a small delay in receiving the catflaps. However they had the courtesy to phone & email me to let me know of the delivery problem, they then went on to send it by next day courier (to their expense). Very easy to install however I would suggest adding silicon to the back of the cat flap & around the sleave through the external door to reduce drafts & water coming in. Also I would check what type of door you have b4 cutting it with a jigsaw. A sharp Stanley knife is sufficient for most laminate plywood internal doors. Overall an excellent product with 2nd to none customer service. I would buy again from them & recommend. LT
