We needed an urgent cat flap. I contacted the company in order to confirm specifications, having recently been sold a flap by another supplier who vowed that it would fit the existing hole in a window. It didn't! I contacted Matt at Catflaps.co.uk and explained the urgency of the situation at about 1400 hours. I ordered three. They were with me by 1100 hours the following morning. Wonderful service indeed.
