I ordered a replacement magnetic cat flap made by Cat Mate (great device but only lasts about three years so needs replacing after a while). Initially Catflaps.co.uk sent me the white version when I had ordered the brown. However I have to say I was impressed with the response when I emailed them about it. They replied and posted out the correct one within 24 hours and sent me a Freepost label so that I could return the white one. Full marks for customer service. Will be back again in another 3 years!!
