There was a delay in sending out my order due to lack of stock and it would have been useful to be informed of the delay.
However, when I contacted CatFlaps I spoke to Matt he sorted everything out quickly and efficiently and the order was received within two days.
So I am satisfied and would use CatFlaps again.
