I ordered the catflap on line and it was delivered within 3 days. Very good service. Unfortunately, the micro chip inside was broken. I rang on Saturday morning and a replacement arrived today (Tuesday). Very happy with that service. Items can get damaged but it is how it is dealt with that matters and I can honestly say the service was first class. Broken catflap was returned to them this evening with the pre-paid label.
