ordered a replacement cat flap, which arrived 4 days later - but found it was the wrong one. Phoned to find out what happened and eventually got through after several tries.
Who ever I spoke to was very helpful.
Somehow I had ordered the wrong one and re-ordered another, which arrived the next day. It fitted fine with a little effort to get in place - very happy with result.
If needed would buy from this company again.
