I think that your overall service is excellent. The only difficulty was getting through to the pet department on the phone. It was never answered, BUT when after five attempts, I tried in desperation the other options like Sales or Accounts, everyone was very helpful in getting someone available to respond. And very well done Matt for his help and service.
