Bought the spare parts sold as "cat flap and keep" and they arrived promptly, price was ok. However the (very) weak point on this brand of cat flap is the "keep" and so I feel that this part should be sold separately or the part should be improved strength wise. It breaks when the cats come in to fast or a nosey dog pushes his snout through the flap. Virtually every cat flap of this brand that I have seen ends up with a broken keep, it's just not strong enough to retain the hinge part of the flap.
