This the third flap we have ordered and no it's not because the product is bad. The grandkids try to follow the animals out of the flap and it is not designed for a kids exit. Great product, quick service and no hassle. Remember to get you flap before ordering your double glazing, so you can give it to the manufacturer. Know a couple of people who didn't , so don't have a cat flap fitted to there new conservatory .
